Head of base and pilot at Swiss Helicopter
After completing my military training, when it was time to choose my professional path, university life after high school didn’t convince me. So I decided to fulfill my childhood dream.
After a short period as a truck driver, I was able to start my first job as a loadmaster in Samedan with great joy, taking my first step into the wonderful world of aviation.
After obtaining my PPL-H license in Italy in 2011, Swiss Helicopter AG opened a flight school location in Balzers with the first Guimbal Cabri G2. I completed my CPL-H training in Balzers and the mountain flight training (MOU) in Untervaz / Gruyères on the AB 206 Jet Ranger.
For me, the greatest highlight was having as flight instructors the pilots I had previously worked with as a loadmaster. I would like to thank Swiss Helicopter AG for its professional and competent flight school and for the great versatility within the company: «my transport pilot colleagues were, just days later, at the same time my flight instructors».
